During my semester-long internship in Italy, ‘Tweegs’ was given to me as a typeface that needed a new name, a new look, and a new overall experience. I worked with my mentors Francesco Canovero and Cosimo Pancini to develop a sleek typeface.I decided to name it ‘Byŏm’ which derives from the word ‘tree’ in Norse language. I was in charge of the display of the online ‘font-book’ that is shown here. It was sold on their website and published as a demo on Behance which was featured in Typography Served.
